Frequently Asked Questions

What does SKÅL Mobile Bar provide?
SKÅL is a full-service mobile bar. We provide 2–3 RSA-trained staff, a 4-tap font with a commercial-grade chilling system, mini fridges, two water dispensers, ice, and all required glassware.

Where do I purchase the alcohol?
We work closely with The Freo Doctor and Dan Murphy’s. Both offer convenient delivery options and refunds for any unopened alcohol.

How long do you need for setup and pack down?
We typically require around 1 hour to set up and 45 minutes to pack down. We'll coordinate with your schedule to ensure everything runs smoothly with minimal disruption.

Do you provide a cool room?
We don’t supply a cool room, but we recommend trusted providers such as Auswest Coolroom Hire and Swan Valley Outback Wedding Hire — or local options like Facebook Marketplace. We're happy to arrange one on your behalf, free of charge.

Do you provide glassware?
Yes, we supply all necessary glassware for your event.

What drinks can you serve?
Pretty much everything!

Beer (on tap, bottled, or canned)
Wine (all types)
RTDs (e.g. cider, seltzers)
Highballs (e.g. vodka soda, gin & tonic)
Soft drinks
Cocktails (preferably kegged, or 1–2 simple shaken options)

Do you supply water?
We provide two water dispensers. Bottled water is not included.

Do you need access to power or water?
We require access to power. If that’s not available, we can arrange a generator at an additional cost. Water access is not necessary.

Do you sell alcohol?
No, we are strictly BYO. We’ll help you coordinate your alcohol purchase, but we do not sell or supply it ourselves.

Do you offer table service?
No, our service is bar-only.

Can you travel?
Yes! Travel within 40 km of Perth CBD is included. For distances beyond that, a travel fee of $1 per additional kilometre applies.

Are you insured?
Yes, we have full public liability insurance.

Are your staff qualified?
Absolutely — all our staff are RSA certified and experienced in professional bar service.
