We’re an easygoing, adventure-loving husband and wife duo from the East Coast of Australia, serving sips on the west coast and proud parents, our daily reminder that chaos is just another word for fun!

By day, Amy keeps the wheels turning as a Project Coordinator, and Jeremy works his magic as an Electrician. By night (and weekends!), we’re rolling in style with our lovingly restored vintage horse float – bringing good vibes, cold drinks, and a whole lot of personality to events across the coast.

We’re big fans of coastal road trips, local eats, craft beers, strong coffee, and sunny days spent discovering new places. Jeremy’s never far from a motorbike, and Amy’s never far from a wine list. Together, we built SKÅL from the ground up with one goal: to help people celebrate life’s best moments in unforgettable ways.

SKÅL (pronounced "skoal") is a Scandinavian toast meaning “cheers” and that's what we’re all about! Raising glasses, sharing laughs, and creating epic memories with the people you love most.
